Terms

AskRank is offered from the United States by Charles Connelly. These terms cover the public website. They are plain-language rules for a small business, not a contract drafted by a lawyer. Questions go to charles@askrank.dev.

The free scan

The scan is free, with a limit of three scans a day from one IP, and a daily cap for the whole site. It is informational. Scores change, and a “ChatGPT-style” result is labeled when it is not ChatGPT itself. We do not guarantee that ChatGPT or any other assistant will recommend a business.

The $199 Audit + Fix

This is a one-time service, not a subscription. We run a real ChatGPT scan with web search and we make the fixes described on the Audit + Fix page: business info consistency, schema and structured data, AI-crawler access, and key pages. A 30-day re-check is included. It is not a promise that you will be named in ChatGPT.

You confirm you have the right to ask us to work on the business you name. The scan uses public information. Putting fixes on a website needs access from you or your web person. If you cannot share access, we still write the fixes and send them ready to add.

You pay $199 once, through a payment link we email or through a checkout link on the site when one is shown. Digital products, the free checklist and the $27 playbook, are sold on Gumroad and follow Gumroad’s terms.

Delivery and refunds

We deliver the Audit + Fix within 2 business days of intake. Intake is when we have both the payment and the business details we ask for: name, website, city, and main services.

Full refund if we can't deliver.

Your result link

A scan result has a public link. Don’t share it if you don’t want other people to see that result. We may refuse or stop a scan that abuses the free limit or asks us to misrepresent a business.

Independence

AskRank is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
